• Helped with CF varsity a couple of years back....looking to start coaching again

Paul Corto
• Business Development Manager, Cleveland Browns
• Grew up in Baltimore - played at Loyola High School
• 4-year starter at Ohio Wesleyan from '94-97......3 of the 4 years played for DIII National Championship (lost all three…says it still stings)
• Coached with his older brother (who played for John’s Hopkins) at local Baltimore middle school after college
• Ever since moving to Cleveland, has been looking to coach

Tim Zobrist

Mike Salyers

There are many off-season lacrosse opportunities in the area.  They are run by three primary companies.  Depending on your son’s winter schedule, each could have benefits for you.  Here is an overview of each:

1. Gateway Lacrosse – is based in Chagrin Falls and serves the surrounding area with camps, clinics and leagues.  In addition, they will add summer travel teams to their offering this year – tryouts for these teams will be sometime over the Christmas break.  In the off-season, Gateway’s indoor league uses the Pinnacle Sports facilities in both Medina and Twinsburg (formerly The Edge).

2. Burning River Lacrosse – is a Westside based program that offers many of the same things that Gateway does……camps, clinics, leagues, travel opportunities etc.  In the off-season, Burning River uses the Force Complex in Bedford Heights and the Diamond Sports Complex in Westlake.

3. Greater Cleveland Lacrosse – is a Hudson-based program that – again – offers the same packages that the other two do…..their winter leagues are held at the NC Soccer Center in Hudson.
